Jenelle Evans slams critics over her son Jace’s psychological well being remedy

Jenelle Evans’ son Jace, 16, is admitted to a mental health facility after attacking his grandma with a gun

Jenelle Evans begs for mercy.

The Teen Mom alum pleaded for privacy weeks after her son died Jace EvansThe 16-year-old was taken to a psychiatric facility after an alleged incident with his grandmother Barbara Evans in February.

“I shouldn’t even come here to say anything, but I feel like I have to,” Jenelle, 34, said in a video posted to TikTok on March 28. “I feel that at this moment it is essential for my family to maintain their privacy.”

The reality star – who shares Jace with his ex Andrew Lewis— also dismissed speculation that she “did nothing” amid the ordeal, noting that she has stepped away from social media to focus on her son.

“Behind the scenes, I’m doing everything I can for my child and I’m doing what’s in his best interest,” she continued, “and it’s none of your business to know that.”

That’s why Jenelle asked observers – and other relatives – to give her space while she deals with the personal matter.

AstraZeneca shares rise after stunning victory in lung illness take a look at

AstraZenecaShares rose over 3% after Britain’s most valuable company said its experimental lung drug had met targets in two late-stage clinical trials.

The company said the respiratory treatment tozorakimab reduced the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) compared to placebo in both former smokers and the general population.

“This represents a remarkable shift in sentiment as belief in the IL-33 mechanism is limited following previous IL-33 failures Sanofi And Roche“said analysts at Jefferies.

Tozorakimab and competing drugs belong to a class of treatments called monoclonal antibodies. They work by suppressing the effects of the protein interleukin-33 (IL-33) and can reduce inflammation.

“Today’s tozorakimab results provide the first two confirmatory Phase III trials for an IL-33 biologic, representing a major scientific advance in COPD, the third leading cause of death worldwide,” said Sharon Barr, executive vice president of biopharmaceuticals and research and development at AstraZeneca.

“Tozorakimab works in a fundamentally different way than other biologics by inhibiting the signaling of the reduced and oxidized forms of IL-33 to both reduce inflammation and disrupt the cycle of mucus dysfunction, which are the major causes of disease in COPD,” Barr said.

Full results will be announced at an upcoming medical meeting, AstraZeneca said.

In July, Swiss drugmaker Roche reported mixed results for its COPD drug astegolimab, which ultimately failed to reduce flare-ups in a Phase 3 trial. Similar to tozorakimab, it is intended to stop the binding of IL-33.

Two months earlier, French company Sanofi reported similarly mixed results for its co-developed drug itepekimab Regeneron.

London-listed shares of AstraZeneca ended the session up 3.4%, in contrast to British stocks FTSE 100 Index that closed just below the flatline. Astra’s Friday update also boosted shares of Roche and Sanofi by around 1% each.

Multi-billion dollar potential

According to the World Health Organization, nearly 400 million people are diagnosed with COPD, and COPD is a leading cause of death worldwide.

It is a progressive respiratory disease characterized by shortness of breath, chronic cough and excessive mucus production. Symptoms may worsen over time and lead to persistent inflammation and bronchoconstriction, making breathing difficult and increasing the risk of COPD exacerbations.

AstraZeneca has forecast annual peak sales of tozorakimab will be between $3 billion and $5 billion, while estimates ahead of Friday’s trial results averaged peak sales of about $1 billion, according to FactSet.

Study results showed benefit for both former and current smokers across all lung function severities.

It also suggested a benefit for patients with low levels of a type of white blood cell called eosinophils, a key unmet need for about 35% of patients, Citi analysts noted.

Tozorakimab is also being studied in a phase 3 study in severe viral lower respiratory tract diseases and in a phase 2 study in asthma.

Astra plans to bring more than 20 new drugs to market in the next five years and is targeting annual sales of $80 billion by 2030.

Lucyd captures 44% Amazon market share in good security glasses

The company is building a dominant position on the world’s largest retail platform while building a multi-channel sales strategy

Innovative Eyewear, Inc. (NASDAQ: LUCY) has emerged as the clear industry leader in the fast-growing smart eyewear segment, capturing approximately 44% market share on Amazon.com, according to a recent market analysis. This market dominance on the world’s most popular retail platform validates the company’s product strategy and provides a solid foundation for broader retail expansion in 2026.
This achievement is particularly significant because, according to the company, Lucyd Armor represents the only fully safety-certified smart glass available on the platform in the United States. This combination of regulatory compliance, smart features, and consumer accessibility creates a defensible competitive position that would be difficult for new entrants to achieve
replicate quickly.

Market leadership based on product innovation

Lucyd Armor stands out in the market by offering a unique combination of features tailored to real-world workplace needs. The line offers ANSI Z87.1+ certified protection as well as high-fidelity audio, hands-free walkie communication capabilities, photochromic lenses and prescription adaptability – all in a single frame design. This comprehensive feature set fills a significant gap in the industrial and commercial safety eyewear market, where workers have historically been forced to choose between safety compliance and connectivity. Lucyd Armor eliminates this compromise, enabling professionals in construction, manufacturing, logistics and other industries to maintain communication and access to information while meeting security requirements.
The product’s appeal extends beyond traditional industrial applications. Recent corporate acceptances also include a leading global logistics company placing an initial order to use Lucyd Armor with the Lucyd app’s Walkie feature, enabling secure, hands-free team communication over private encrypted channels.

Amazon as a strategic foundation

Amazon’s role as both a consumer platform and a shopping channel for businesses makes the company’s 44% market share particularly valuable. The platform serves as the primary research and purchasing destination for both individual consumers and business buyers, providing Innovative Eyewear access to diverse customer segments. The Amazon channel also provides valuable market information. Real-time sales data, customer reviews and competitive positioning insights allow the company to quickly change product development and marketing approaches. This feedback loop has led to product expansions, including the introduction of multiple Lucyd Armor variants to address specific use cases and preferences.
Customer reviews on Amazon have consistently highlighted the product’s audio quality, all-day comfort, and successful integration of safety certification with smart features. This organic customer validation strengthens the company’s product-market fit and provides social proof to potential buyers browsing the category.

Multi-channel expansion strategy

While Amazon’s market leadership is an important foundation, Innovative Eyewear has systematically expanded distribution through complementary channels to maximize market reach and reduce the risk of platform concentration. The Company’s products are now available at major national retailers including Walmart.com, Target.com, BestBuy.com and DicksSportingGoods.com. This expansion into established retail ecosystems provides access to millions of additional customers who prefer to shop through these well-known platforms. At the same time, the company has expanded its presence in the optical industry by participating in important trade fairs such as Vision Expo West, MIDO Milan and SILMO Paris. These efforts resulted in approximately 40 new customers from the optical industry and initial orders from key European markets including the UK, Romania, Greece, Spain and France. The development of the B2B channel extends to specialized dealers in industrial and security equipment. By making Lucyd Armor available through channels through which companies already purchase personal protective equipment, Innovative Eyewear can accelerate adoption among commercial customers who may not discover the product through consumer retail channels.

Certification benefits create market barriers

TNW City Coworking Space – Where your best work happens

A workspace designed for growth, collaboration and endless networking opportunities at the heart of technology.

The Company’s investment in obtaining comprehensive security certifications in multiple jurisdictions creates significant barriers to competitive entry. Lucyd Armor now has ANSIZ87.1+ certification for US markets, CSA Z94.3 for Canada and EN 16639:2018 for European markets.

Obtaining these certifications requires significant time and investment and requires rigorous testing protocols and compliance documentation. For competitors seeking to enter the smart eyewear category, this regulatory burden creates delays and costs that protect InnovativeEyewear’s first-mover advantage. The certification strategy also allows for geographical expansion. With compliance already secured for the North American and European markets, the company can quickly expand sales there
Regions without additional product development or testing delays.

Outlook for 2026

Management has noted that the company’s product mix and global fulfillment network enable it to expand distribution across hardware, retail and optical chains by 2026. This suggests upcoming partnership announcements and channel expansion that could significantly increase the company’s market presence. The combination of Amazon’s market leadership, expansion of multi-channel sales, regulatory certifications and proven product-market fit creates a compelling growth story for
investors. As smart safety glasses evolve from a niche product to standard workplace equipment, Innovative Eyewear should be able to disproportionately benefit from category expansion thanks to its established position and distribution infrastructure. For investors evaluating the wearable technology sector, Innovative Eyewear’s clear market leadership in an emerging category with significant growth potential represents a differentiated opportunity. The company’s success in establishing an Amazon stock dominance
At the same time, building a diversified distribution demonstrates execution capability that reduces commercial risk.

About innovative glasses

Innovative Eyewear develops and produces ChatGPT-enabled smart glasses under the brands Lucyd®, Lucyd Armor®, Reebok®, Eddie Bauer® and Nautica®. The company’s mission is to improve your Glasses® by offering Bluetooth audio glasses that enable users to stay securely and ergonomically connected to their digital lives through hundreds of frame and lens combinations.

DJI’s first 360° drone gives 8K video recording and an extremely lengthy transmission vary

With the launch of the Avata 360, DJI has officially entered the world of 360° drones. This is the company’s first fully immersive FPV drone and a direct nod to the Antigravity A1, a competitor to a brand founded with Insta360. It looks like the drone wars just got more interesting.

DJI

What makes Avata 360 worth a look?

Quite a lot. The Avata 360 is equipped with DJI’s 1-inch image sensor, capable of recording video at up to 8K at 60 frames per second, which is already a step ahead of the Antigravity A1, which reaches a maximum resolution of 8K at 30 frames per second. If that’s not enough, the drone can also take 120MP images.

DJI’s latest drone features dual switchable lenses, HDR video support and omnidirectional obstacle detection, as well as built-in propeller guards, making it both capable and shock-resistant, which is quite reassuring given the cost of these things in today’s market.

On paper, DJI’s O4+ video transmission system gives the Avata 360 a transmission range of up to 12.4 miles, which is honestly more range than most people will ever need or think they’ll use. It comes with DJI goggles and motion controllers to provide an immersive (and, not to mention, cool-looking) flying experience.

DJI Fly More Combo Avata.

DJI

How does it compare to the competition?

Other features include ActiveTrack 360, Spotlight Mode, intelligent tracking, one-tap editing, and a virtual gimbal that allows unlimited pan and tilt movements for cinematic shots.

Flight time is 23 minutes, just a minute less than the Antigravity A1’s 24 minutes, but the Avata 360 scores big on storage: it has 42GB of internal storage versus 20GB on the A1.

Prices for the DJI Avata 360 start at €459 for the drone-only package, while the Fly More combination costs €939. Pre-orders are open now in Europe, with shipping beginning April 26, 2026. Similar to DJI’s recent launches, the Avata 360 will be available through third-party sellers, including Amazon.

Dr. Umar talks to Sukihana about future child, father of Unborn talks

Sukihana is expecting her fourth child. When she first announced her pregnancy earlier this month, fans had questions about her co-parent’s identity. When the naming began, Dr. Umar Johnson somehow ended up in the mix. He recently cleared up those rumors just as the alleged father of Suki’s unborn baby revealed himself. Meanwhile, the mother weakens the daddy conversations. Instead, she and her best friend Bobbi Althoff are preparing to release their podcast “That’s So BS.”

Dr. Umar says he is open to having a child with Sukihana

He’s not the dad. This part was done by Dr. Umar recently made it clear at a “Breakfast Club”. The episode, released on Netflix and YouTube earlier this week (March 23), shows him calling Suki his “sister,” praising her and talking about her education. He then clarified that they were just friends and he wasn’t expecting a child from her.

“Suki is a friend of mine. I am not the father of the child. She is happy and looking forward to being a mother again and of course I support her as her brother. Well, down the line, because I don’t have a son, down the line, if I need an heir to the throne… if I don’t get married, Suki could carry the baby for me,” Dr. Umar.

After Charlamagne Tha God replied, “That’s interesting,” Umar explained why. “Because Suki is conscious… Don’t get me wrong, she would have to make some changes to be the prince’s mother, but Suki is very conscious and I’ll be honest with you: if something were to happen to me, God forbid she is one of the few women I know who would raise my son the way I would want.”

The activist added that it was Sukihana’s character that made him believe what he said. Loren Lorosa jumped in and also confirmed that the rapper is a conscious woman. Umar then shared that after having dinner with her, he couldn’t believe she was the same woman in her online videos.

“Intelligent, brilliant, and I wonder how you ended up here? I trust Sister Sukihana and believe she will shock the world before it’s all over,” Dr. Umar.

Umar had also previously denied the paternity questions in social media posts republished by Live Bitez.

The supposedly REAL co-parent makes himself known

As the questions from Sukihana’s co-parents dragged on, a man stepped forward! snoopSuki’s boyfriend, according to The Shade Room, recently shared clips on social media of them shopping together. He also included a mirror selfie of Suki and her baby bump. Snoop shared the post on March 23 – the same day Dr. Umar’s interview was published on the “Breakfast Club” platforms. His caption didn’t provide any details and cleared up speculation about who she is pregnant with.

“My fine Azz C00ch!3 Mama 😍😎🤰🏽‼️Spoiled and fed up with how much you think she lets me spend on food every day 🤣🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️,” Snoop wrote.

Suki took to the comments section and wrote “I’m hungry now sir” in one comment and a heart-eye emoji in another.

On the day Sukihana revealed her baby bump, The Shade Room reported that Snoop responded to several congratulatory comments that had tagged him. “Guess Brudda, get ready for the baby shower. You know I’m okay with it.” Snoop responded to one. Details about their relationship are currently unclear.

Sukihana and Bobbi warm hearts with podcast promo

Questions and comments from co-parents aren’t the only talk surrounding Sukihana lately. Her cute friendship (and now partnership) with podcaster Bobbi is also trending. After the rapper announced her pregnancy, Bobbi shared a video showing the moment they read the positive pregnancy test together. There were over 10,000 comments and more than a million likes on Bobbi’s IG page alone.

One day after uploading the “Breakfast Club” interview by Dr. Umar and Snoop’s post, the girls posted a promo for their new podcast “That’s B(Bobbi) S(Suki).” The photos showed them on a beach, in business attire and swimsuits, covered in sand and holding a phone and laptop. And yes, the baby bump was on full display! Her weekly Monday show premieres April 6th.

FDA approves high-dose model of Novo Nordisk’s weight problems drug Wegovy

The logo of pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk is seen outside its offices in Bagsvaerd, Copenhagen, Denmark, on February 4, 2026.

Tom Little | Reuters

The Food and Drug Administration approved a higher-dose version on Thursday Novo NordiskWegovy, the blockbuster weight loss injection, as the company pushes to regain market share from its main rival Eli Lilly.

Novo expects to bring the higher Wegovy dose of 7.2 milligrams to market in April. The Danish drugmaker is positioning this version to better compete with Lilly’s obesity drug Zepbound, which has been shown to be more effective in weight loss than the standard 2.4-milligram dose of Wegovy.

This higher potency has helped make Zepbound the obesity drug of choice among prescribers and patients, even though it entered the U.S. market later than Wegovy, and has solidified Lilly’s position as a dominant player in the space.

In a Phase III study, high-dose Wegovy helped patients with obesity lose an average of 20.7% of their weight after 72 weeks. The standard dose of Wegovy has shown an average weight loss of about 15% in clinical trials.

More CNBC Health coverage

“I think it really makes it more competitive and really reduces the delta there,” Dr. Jason Brett, chief medical officer for the U.S. at Novo Nordisk, said in an interview Thursday ahead of the approval.

“But more importantly, I think, it just gives patients another option if they’re not meeting their goals, and in certain patients, some of those higher weight losses are achieved,” he added.

In a separate Phase III study in patients with obesity and type 2 diabetes, high-dose Wegovy showed an average weight loss of 14.1%. People with diabetes typically find it more difficult to lose weight than people without the condition.

It is the first approval of a GLP-1 treatment under FDA’s new National Priority Voucher plan, which aims to shorten drug review times to one to two months for companies that the agency says support U.S. national health priorities. The FDA launched the pilot plan in June.

What to know about the Dodgers

Power ranking: 1 | Offseason grade: A

First pitch: 10:10 p.m. ET | Pitching matchup: Tanner Bibee vs. Logan Gilbert

Friday games

What to know about the Athletics

Power ranking: 23 | Offseason grade: D

Biggest change since we saw them last: It wasn’t the splashiest offseason for the Athletics, but their biggest move was adding veteran Jeff McNeil to their already-promising lineup in a trade with the Mets.

What to know about the Blue Jays

Power ranking: 4 | Offseason grade: B+

Biggest change since we saw them last: The Blue Jays showed they’re serious about getting back to the World Series after their crushing Game 7 loss to the Dodgers when they lavished top free agent starter Dylan Cease with a seven-year, $210 million deal.

First pitch: 7:15 p.m. ET | Pitching matchup: Kyle Freeland vs. Sandy Alcantara

What to know about the Rockies

Power ranking: 30 | Offseason grade: C-

Biggest change since we saw them last: It’s a whole new ballgame for the Rockies, who turned their baseball operations department over to former Cleveland Browns (yes, you read that right) exec Paul DePodesta.

What to know about the Marlins

Power ranking: 25 | Offseason grade: C+

Biggest change since we saw them last: Acquired in an offseason trade with the Cubs for starter Edward Cabrera, Owen Caissie is an outfielder with the kind of offensive upside the Marlins have been craving.

First pitch: 7:15 p.m. ET | Pitching matchup: Cole Ragans vs. Chris Sale

What to know about the Royals

Power ranking: 15 | Offseason grade: C

Biggest change since we saw them last: You won’t see it until they head to K.C. for their home opener, but the Royals’ most notable offseason change came when they decided to move the fences in at Kauffman Stadium.

What to know about the Braves

Power ranking: 10 | Offseason grade: B+

Biggest change since we saw them last: Mike Yastrzemski was originally signed as a fourth outfielder in a busy offseason for the Braves, but his role became even more important when Jurickson Profar was suspended for the entire 2026 season after his second positive PED test.

Takeaways from completed games

It’s become something close to a legal obligation to assess the Yankees’ offseason by using the words run it back. But lost in the implied criticism of the team’s offseason, which included no splashy additions, is this: The guys they’re running it back with are pretty good.

In the first game of the 2026 season, a stand-alone spectacle at Oracle Park that was long on pomp and short on suspense, Max Fried cruised through 6⅓ innings, allowing just two hits and one runner past first base, as the Yankees beat the Giants and made rookie manager Tony Vitello’s debut one he’ll probably want to forget.

Vitello became the first person to go directly from college head coach to big league manager, and Giants president of baseball operations Buster Posey made the out-of-the-box decision in part to inject the former Tennessee head coach’s unique brand of energy and intensity into a team that has hovered around .500 for the past four seasons. But a pitcher like Fried can sap the energy of even the most rabid group, and with him on the mound, the Yankees’ five-run second inning made the outcome all but inevitable. — Tim Keown

Herbalife acquires Bioniq in a deal valued at as much as $150 million

The London-based personalized supplement startup, which uses blood biomarker data to formulate customized supplements, will join Herbalife’s 95-market network. The guaranteed price of $55 million will be paid over five years; Up to $95 million in additional conditional payments brings the total to $150 million.

Herbalife sought a credible data-driven response to the personalization trend that has transformed the supplement industry over the past five years. One was found on Thursday.

The NYSE-listed health and wellness company announced an agreement to acquire certain assets of Bioniq, the London-based startup that creates customized nutritional supplement formulas from blood biomarker data. The deal is worth up to $150 million, according to the company.

It is worth examining the financial structure carefully. The guaranteed purchase price is $55 million, paid over five years, with an initial payment of $10 million at closing.

The remaining $95 million is entirely dependent on future performance milestones, meaning the total amount of $150 million represents the cap if Bioniq achieves all targets post-integration. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

Bioniq was founded in London in 2019 by Vadim Fedotov, a former professional basketball player who played for the German national team before turning to management consulting and then entrepreneurship.

The company’s core message is that generic multivitamins are an inefficient replacement for supplements tailored to a person’s actual blood levels. Its platform collects blood biomarker results along with a health questionnaire and generates a personalized daily formula, collecting over six million biomarker data points across five continents that underpin the algorithm.

Fedotov will join Herbalife’s leadership team upon completion; Other important Bioniq employees will also change.

The company raised $75 million in Series B funding in July 2024 led by European VCs HV Capital and Unbound. This valuation subsequently increased to $82 million when Cristiano Ronaldo made a significant investment in October 2024; Ronaldo has been a Bioniq customer since 2022.

Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot followed suit in February 2025 with an investment of over €1 million. Ronaldo and Herbalife are already separately affiliated: Ronaldo is a global nutrition partner of Herbalife, making the acquisition a convergence of two existing business relationships.

For Herbalife, the acquisition serves a clear strategic purpose. The company operates in 95 markets through more than two million independent distributors, a model that has proven effective at scale but has limited ability to deliver the kind of individualized product experience that direct-to-consumer healthtech companies have developed.

Bioniq’s algorithms and formulation capabilities give the company the personalization infrastructure it has been working to develop internally. Herbalife also secured a call option to acquire Bioniq LAB, a separate platform focused on small molecules and peptides that offers the possibility of longer-term expansion into more complex bioactive compounds.

Bioniq’s personalized nutritional supplements are expected to be available in select European and US markets later this year through Herbalife’s independent distribution network.

Savannah Guthrie on rumors of household involvement within the Nancy Guthrie case

Nancy Guthrie’s health revealed, survival medication needed

As the search for Nancy continues, authorities stressed that in order to survive she must take daily medication, which she will likely avoid.

“This is an 84-year-old woman who is suffering from some physical ailments, has some physical problems and needs medication,” Nanos said at the Feb. 2 press conference, “medication that could be fatal if she does not receive it within 24 hours.”

“So we ask anyone who knows anything about it, has seen anything or heard anything about it to contact us,” he continued. “Call 911. We don’t need another bad, tragic ending. We need some help.”

While Nancy’s physical health has been limited for some time, Nanos emphasized that her cognitive abilities are quite strong.

“Nancy Guthrie has a great, sound mind,” Nanos explained. “This has nothing to do with dementia. She is perceptive. The family wants everyone to know that this is not someone who just ran away. Her physical limitations are based solely on age.”

As the investigation into Nancy’s disappearance continues, Nanos expresses his hopes for Nancy’s safe return.

“I hope we find them safe and sound,” he stressed, “but we cannot ignore what lies ahead.”
