Sofia Vergara And Joe Manganiello go their separate ways.
On April 4, a judge officially signed the Modern Family alum and the Magic Mike star's divorce agreement, finalizing their agreement on dividing their assets, according to court documents obtained by E! present. News.
The filing states that the former couple, who reached an agreement back in February, have decided to divide their belongings according to their prenuptial agreement. For Manganiello, 47, that meant he walked away with all of his personal belongings, including clothing and jewelry, as well as all the “earnings and savings” he had made since their July 2 split.
As for Vergara? Likewise, the 51-year-old will keep all of her jewelry, clothing and personal items, as well as any income she accumulated after the split.
But the exes didn't have to worry about who would keep their homes, as the judge noted the couple never had “community property.”
