John M. Chu has a real ploys in memory for Evil: Forever.
In fact, the director recently revealed what fans can expect from the first film, which premiered in November Cynthia Erivo's Elphaba and Ariana Grandeis Glinda in the upcoming part of 2026 (which has already been filmed).
“If the first movie is about choices,” Jon teased AND! News In an exclusive interview, “the second film is about consequences.”
That means fans don't have to imagine what Ariana's Glinda and Cynthia look like Elphaba are really happy (or not) in the next part. As for Cynthia's recent admission that she wrote a song for her character in the sequel? Jon remained tight-lipped on the subject, only emphasizing that the relationship between Glinda and Cynthia will be the focus of the film.
“Maybe there will be some new songs,” he continued. “I will neither confirm nor deny these reports. And now that people are really invested in this relationship, I'm really excited for them to see how this relationship develops.” (Find out more about what awaits your favorite Evil Characters and by Jon, tune in AND!
