Archer Aviation, the Electric Vertical Start and Landing (EVTOL) Company based in California, was appointed exclusive Air taxi provider for the Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2028.
The Midnight Aircraft from Archer, a piloted electric air taxi that is supposed to wear four passengers, will perform VIPs, fans and stakeholders between event locations and important locations such as Lax, Hollywood, Santa Monica and even Orange County. Think of 10 to 20 minutes of flights that skip the notorious La-Gridlock and land exactly where the action is-in reason on the roof.
“We want to change the way people deal with people in Los Angeles and leave a legacy that shapes the future of transport in America. There is no better time to do this than during the LA28 games,” said Adam Goldstein, CEO and founder of Archer Aviation.
And midnight is not just a pretty rotor. It is a whispering system aircraft with 12 rotors and an unnecessary security design on the airline.
In addition, Archer and La28 work together to meet all-round hubs in city thinking only for the time of the season, but also to meet seeds for a postolympic air mobility network.
