Hollywood says goodbye to Julian McMahon.
The actor who was known for roles in TV series such as NIP/Tuck, Charmed and FBI: Most Wanted died on July 2 in Florida Home, his wife Kelly McMahon confirmed to Deadline. He was 56.
“With an open heart,” said Kelly in a statement on July 4, “I would like to share with the world that my beloved husband, Julian McMahon, has died peacefully this week after a brave effort to overcome cancer.”
Kelly continued, her late husband, whom she married in 2014, as a man who loved life.
“He loved his family. He loved his friends. He loved his work and he loved his fans,” she continued. “His deepest wish was to bring joy to as many life as possible.”
“During this time we ask for support so that our family mourning privacy,” concluded Kelly. “And we wish all those who have brought Julian joy to continue to find joy in life. We are grateful for the memories.”
