A medical CEO of Amazon that resigns after lower than two years

A medical CEO TRENT Green will be resigned from the Amazonin the budget provider after less than two years in the role.

Green leaves a medicine to become CEO from National Research Corp.Or NRC Health, a provider of analyzes for healthcare and other services, announced the company in a publication on Tuesday. He will start there on June 1st.

Amazon confirmed Green's departure in a statement.

“After almost three years at Amazon One Medical, CEO TRENT GREEN has decided to leave the company,” said an Amazon spokesman in an explanation. “We thank Trent for his many contributions and wish him all the best at his next end.”

Neil Lindsay, who heads Amazon Health Services, said on Tuesday in a memo to the employees that Green will return to his home state Nebraska for the new role. The last day of Green at Amazon is April 4th.

“Trent has contributed to a medical consolidation of its position as an incredible place for providers to ensure that the providers and the patients to whom turn around (and return)-a high quality, people centered,” wrote Lindsay in the memo, which was preserved by CNBC.

Green was appointed CEO of One Medical in September 2023 and succeeded Amir Dan Rubin. The management was changed about six months after Amazon had completed his 3.9 billion dollar -takeover of a medical creation.

The deal for One Medical is the third largest acquisition in the history of Amazon, behind its purchase of Whole Foods for $ 13.7 billion and its 8.45 billion dollar deal for MGM Studios in 2021.

Amazon acquired a medicine as part of an in -depth advance into the health market. In 2018, the company collected online piliary pill pack for around 750 million US dollars before starting its own offer.
