Combs' legal team filed the motion on Friday, April 26, according to AP News. The music mogul's legal team reportedly claims that Diddy cannot be sued for certain claims in the lawsuit because “certain laws did not exist” at the time of the alleged incidents. happened in 1991.

Diddy's legal team is reportedly demanding that Joi Dickerson-Neal's claims of “revenge porn and human trafficking” be “dismissed with prejudice.”

CNN notes that Combs' lawyers continue to call Dickerson-Neal's allegations “false, offensive and salacious.” In addition, Diddy's lawyers are reportedly demanding that “allegations against Combs' company” also be dismissed.
