“I'm sorry that my cancer medication caused me to lose weight. I'm slowly getting it back. So stop spreading the worst narratives.” The rapper wrote pint and white heart emojis.
The 21-year-old's recent announcement about her health came as a surprise to fans as she had not previously expressed any serious medical concerns.
