And the winner of Claim to Fame is…
The third season of the ABC competition series ended with a bang on August 28, revealing four stunning celebrity relatives we never expected.
During the first half of the two-part finale Shane was eliminated after competitors Mackenzie correctly guessed that his iconic family member was the Oscar-winning The Godfather star Marlon Brando.
“Marlon is my grandpa,” Shane told the remaining hopefuls. “I grew up with him my whole life. I spent some time with him and was very lucky.”
That left Mackenzie behind, Adam And Hud to compete for the $100,000 prize one last time. But after winning the physical challenge, Adam had the advantage of being able to make the final guess of the evening – and he tried to unmask Mackenzie's celebrity relative, who turned out to be a singer Trace Adkins.
In a video message after her elimination, the country music legend said: “Mackenzie Lynn Adkins is my daughter. Congratulations on making it this far and I am proud that you are my daughter.”
And even though she didn't win, Mackenzie didn't regret her game.
