“That's a 150-pound body on a 5-foot-10 frame,” the Food Network host wrote, sharing a bikini photo from 2014. “I don't weigh myself anymore because it's considered overweight by everyone. “ [sic] Standards, I don't know. It's stupid and I believed them for far too long.
Completely freed from the pressure to diet, “I now finally know that I am a kind, considerate, funny and thoughtful woman,” she continued. “Please remember: who you are and your character should never be overshadowed by your height or weight. You are enough. Just the way you are.”
For anyone who might disagree, she summed it up: “Fk her.”
