Matt James is about to begin his undergraduate journey for the first time.
Or rather, we’ll see it for the first time. The franchise newcomer is making his new bachelor’s debut with today’s premiere, and there’s still a lot we have to learn about the 29-year-old looking for love. He probably has a lot to learn too, as he’s never been through this before. He never got out of a limousine or had to ask, “Can I steal it for a second?” He’s never attended a rose ceremony before filming began, and viewers have never seen him handle a bit of jealousy or how a competitor chooses a fight. We’re all just a little blind to it.
To get to know the guy a little, E! The news made him weigh up some classic (or not-so-classic) undergraduate franchise scenarios to see how he might have dealt with them. What if two girls are fighting over champagne? What if one of your finalists is in a relationship? What if he picks the wrong girl?
