A brief history of the drama between DJ Mustard and ex-wife Chanel Thierry

However, Mustard and Chanel have not publicly held back on the case.

The former couple have been at odds fairly publicly since their divorce was announced. An ongoing problem arose from Chanel allowing his children access to social media. Mustard claims she exposed them to “predators” by including them in sponsored Instagram posts. Bust reports.

“He is concerned that the children’s publication could expose them to predators and unfriendly media, and he is also concerned that as simple children they will not be able to consent to the use of their images in a way that will become a permanent part of the internet,” his attorneys wrote, according to Blast.

The judge eventually allowed both parents to post their children online. However, a restriction has been put in place that neither of the two can use “derogatory” words against the other on social media.

The DJ previously said Chanel would “follow” him after the custody swap, his attorneys wrote, according to Blast.

“Because Chanel is so aggressive and hostile, Dijon believes it is in the children’s best interests to have as few custody swaps as possible, and indeed the parties’ weekly custody schedule has worked well, although Chanel continues to use the custody swap as an opportunity to foment conflict,” the legal documents read.

For her part, Chanel seemingly threw shade at her estranged ex for screwing up his “first date” last year, as previously reported by The Shadow Room.

What do you say roommates? Did Mustard get off easy like his lawyers say? Or is $24,500 a month still too much?
