Nike is ordered by the decide to cease the sale of Lil Nas X’s “Devil footwear”

TSR Updatez: All Lil Nas X fans who are waiting for his “Satan Shoes” have to wait because #Nike has successfully stopped the sale of the controversial kicks. As we previously reported, Nike sued MSCHF – the company that worked with Lil Nas X to customize the Air Max 97 with allegedly a drop of human blood – for trademark and injury, and asked a judge in its lawsuit to sell the shoes to block.

The court upheld Nike’s motion for an injunction against MSCHF today, which TMZ says is preventing the company from completing any orders.

The shoe, which was priced at $ 1,018, sold out of its 666 pairs in minutes on Monday, but due to the restraining order, MSCHF will not be allowed Send them out to customers who are waiting for the shoe.

Nike made it clear from the jump that it has in no way any connection to Lil Nas X’s shoes and the shoe giant has not approved the manufacture of these shoes.

TMZ reports of judges issuing temporary injunctions of this type when there is a high likelihood that the petitioner will win on a full hearing.

Lil Nas X and the art collective have received a lot of backlash from the shoes, but Lil Nas doesn’t seem impressed by the social media “rejection” and has continued to use his social media accounts to troll his critics.

MSCHF has not publicly addressed the controversy or lawsuit, but it seems the company is equally unfazed as its exclusive lifestyle brand often makes products in limited quantities and almost guarantees stocks are out of stock.

We will keep you informed of any updates in this case.
