Prince Harry returns to London to take motion towards the tabloid writer

Prince Harry is back in England.

The Duke of Sussex arrived for a hearing in his case against Associated Newspapers at the High Court in London on March 27. Harry’s trip would apparently be the first time he has returned to the UK following the death of his grandmother. Queen Elizabeth the secondin September 2022.

Last October, the 38-year-old was – along with other celebs, including Elton-John and his husband David Furnish, Elizabeth Hurley, Sadie Frostand baroness Doreen Lawrence of Clarendon – initiated lawsuits against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the British tabloids Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday.

According to court documents obtained by Variety at the time, three separate claims against the company in London’s High Court were filed by Gunnercooke, representing Elton and Furnish, Elizabeth and Lawrence. Prince Harry and Sadie’s law firm also confirmed to the outlet that legal action “has been initiated.”

The law firm of Harry and Frost also previously noted that these “individuals have become aware of compelling and extremely disturbing evidence that they have been victims of heinous criminal activity and gross privacy breaches at the hands of Associated Newspapers,” according to a press release shared with E! News.
