Atlanta – Kyle Farmer is twitching when he was asked that he is part of a Colorado Rockies team, which has had very few victories in 70 games since the spiders of 1899.
“We don't care,” said Farmer after the 4-1 loss on Saturday against Atlanta Braves, who left Colorado with a record of 13: 57.
The Rockies achieve the fourth inputs of a team in their first 70 decisions in one season in MLB history and very few since the spiders of 1899 12 of their first 70 decisions. Colorado (.186 victory percentage) is currently 30-132 this season.
“I mean we can't do anything about it,” said Farmer. “It is what it is. We have to appear and play tomorrow. There is nothing that can really be said about it, except that it happens when it happens.”

The Rockies made a more infamous story by setting up a franchise-nine-in-end record with 19 strikes. This is a lot of senselessness for a team that can be absorbed in one day.
The 19 strikes of Braves Pitchers also set a record from Atlanta for a nine-in-in game. Spencer Strider recorded 13 strikes in six Innerings, followed by relievers Rafael Montero and Dylan Lee, which combined for six other hubs.
The only ray of hope for the Rockies was the encouraging start of the Rookie Rights Händer Chase Dollander, comes from Evans, Georgia, who had earned four runs in six innings, three.
The Rockies have 10 less victories than the Chicago White Sox, who have the most secondary record in the majors at 23-48.

Dollander said that “only a neutral way of thinking” was the key to remain positive during a season that is already filled with low points for the team.
“Don't take the roller coaster,” said Dollander. “You know there will be a lot of ups and downs in this game. This game is really difficult. So it's just, you know, neutral and we just go on.”
Dollander was the number 9 in the summer design 2023. Among other top boys players in the team are Catcher Hunter Goodman, who could return to Atlanta for the All-Star game on July 15, and Outfield Jordan Beck and Brenton Doyle.
“You know that we will have our time,” said Dollander. “I mean, it's just one of the things you learn the way you go. I was very lucky to be a little here now, and I can help us to go forward.”
The 34-year-old farmer said that one of his jobs was to help younger players to endure the losses.
“Sure to hold the boys into account and teach them the right way to do things,” said Farmer, the first Baseman, whose double off strider was one of only four goals for the Rockies.
“Hold your heads up and you have to appear and play every day, no matter how our record is. It is your job and you have worked all your life to come here. Enjoy it. This is a great opportunity for a young man to show what you can do.”
